The Challenge
Bupa approached us about rebuilding and upgrading their website, with a migration on the Umbraco platform from Umbraco 6 to Umbraco 8.6.3. For cost and time efficiency, the team implemented our very own DLS to improve the editing and content creation experience, providing them with a great platform upon which to build their digital site in future and a refreshed homepage.
The Solution
With every Umbraco upgrade, we look to re-platform the site whilst still retaining the essential functionality and content for the site. During our ideation and UX phases, we look to make improvements and tweaks where we see a benefit and build on the building blocks of the previous site and our own custom-built controls. New controls like dual CTAs were utilised to improve on the previous experience whilst still retaining the look and feel of the original Bupa site.
As our nation continues to mature, organisations like Bupa will play an ever-increasing role in ensuring that the senior members of our society are cared for and enjoy a high quality of life.
