Our partnership with TOP 10 Holiday Parks has been nothing short of remarkable - a contemporary digital experience supercharged with performance marketing.

The Challenge

Early in 2023, TOP 10 Holiday Parks approached us to redesign their digital experience with a focus on booking conversion, mobile responsiveness and overall user experience.

They also wanted to enhance their online booking process and provide a user-friendly content management system (CMS) for park owners to easily manage their own content. The goal was to house all 48 parks under one easily manageable and intuitive digital experience platform.

TOP 10 were looking for a trusted digital partner who also had proven experience in Performance Marketing and conversion optimisation.

We approached Terabyte with the challenge of redeveloping our website to provide a world class online presence and seamless user experience. The Solution

The re-designed digital experience was based on the results of deep consumer insight, audience understanding, user interface best practice and website traffic analytics.

Our crafted solution took advantage of our extensive knowledge of performance digital marketing, conversion optimisation, audience engagement and storytelling to support the We delivered a contemporary and engaging user experience that provides a user-friendly and future-proofed solution that reflects their audience's needs. The new platform ensures customers have access to relevant content, booking information when and where they need it, and ultimately delivering higher conversion levels.

Anticipating the post-launch search engine optimisation (SEO) challenges, we initiated content optimisation on key landing pages pre-launch to maintain search visibility and organic traffic.

While the website was under development, we also implemented and managed new Google Ad campaigns, preparing for the summer peak season bookings.

The Result

Our proactive SEO strategy ensured stability and improvement in organic traffic and ranking post-launch. Since the launch, we've been meticulously optimising individual website pages and implementing site audit fixes to attract even more visitors to the new site and to further bolster TOP 10 Holiday Parks' online presence.

From our Google Ad campaign optimisation efforts, we reduced their ad spend by 20% while quadrupling the bookings and revenue from January 2023 to 2024.

Overall, TOP 10's bookings have increased by 30% since the new site's go-live.
