Lindauer Online Project

Terabyte has partnered with the Auckland Art Gallery to design and develop an interactive website depicting paintings of portrait artist Gottfried Lindauer.

After many months of hard work, Lindauer Online was launched at the Awataha Marae on 2 July.

The website brings to life a walking gallery experience showcasing Lindauer's Maori portraits with the ability to zoom into the detail of the canvas. Users can engage with the content from a 1918 visitors book and trace their Maori heritage through Lindauer's works.

We are proud to be part of this remarkable project that preserves a piece of our New Zealand cultural history. Read more about the project here
