One of New Zealand’s most established providers of healthcare services, Geneva Healthcare came to us for provision of several online and offline services.

Geneva’s intranet, named by us “The Hub”, was built in WordPress with live chat between staff, groups creation for activities and fund raising, forms, HR information, news and events and is connected to active directory for fast and easy finding of staff, single sign on etc.

Geneva’s online booking system for hospitals, name by us the “Health Hub” was out of date, clunky and very hard to use. Booking staff for hospitals and care facilities can log on and book nursing, orderly and specialist staff, often at very short notice. Geneva fill these requirements through the booking interface. The new interface and technology sitting behind it made massive positive improvement to the whole booking procedure for both Geneva staff and users. 

“Change Day” pledge portal, also built in WordPress, enabled staff from the caring industries in NZ to pledge against varying goals, as part of a world-wide initiate to facilitate positive change in the caring professions. This was accompanied by a Facebook advertising campaign which resulted in the most pledges Geneva had ever seen.

Advertising and brochures were also designed to support various units within Geneva.
