Where previously Ezi Car had worked entirely from an off-the-shelf booking system which presented many limitations, this is effectively a bespoke solution built on the back of an internal rental system.
Managing deals and promotions on the site used to be a complex, time consuming process. The new CMS means that deals can be set up and configured in seconds, allowing easy management of the fleet and better servicing of customers.
The site is now built on the Umbraco platform – it was previously on WordPress. The change in platform has resulted in EziCar being able to update the back end quickly and efficiently.
The design has been updated to provide a more intuitive experience across all devices.
With this solidly built framework in place, EziCar is able to look confidently to the future, knowing they can add extra features and functionality with ease and simplicity.
Update: Within a week of go-live the numbers were impressive, with a 75% increase in transactions on the same time last year. Watch this space!
