It's no secret we are all living longer and healthier lives. As our nation continues to mature, organisations like Bupa will play an ever increasing role ensuring that the senior members of our society are cared for and enjoy a high quality of life.
Bupa is a global not for profit organisation with a great company culture. Their vision is one of care, accountability, respect, dedication and ethics. Putting people in their care first, supplying them with independence and accommodating their individuality. All of which are fundamental ideologies that needed to be reflected in their online presence.
With this in mind we embarked on a website rejuvenation project with Bupa that focussed on conveying their vision and culture, providing clear and concise information to their audience, whilst ensuring an ROI that maximised Bupa's ability to re-invest in the care of its customers.
An extensive round of workshops with the Bupa team uncovered numerous and wide ranging audiences that needed to be catered for in the final design. Taking this into account, our design team cracked into action constructing an intuitive responsive design that meets the present and future needs of Bupa.
