Organisations worldwide rely on WhereScape to deliver business value from their decision support infrastructure – saving time, money and reducing risk. WhereScape’s existing website didn’t adequately represent who they are and what they do, with separate websites for the primary markets they operated in. A consolidated online brand experience was required. We held workshops with the leadership team based in NZ and the US, identifying the key markets and personas to be serviced.

Then we built a detailed customer journey for each, to feed the information architecture and design of the site. WhereScape’s presence in the US and Europe required a site with maximum flexibility, accommodating the various needs in these markets. We integrated the site with Marketo as their automated marketing solution and further integration with CRM and customer service solutions. WhereScape are now armed with a brand and sales tool that supports their global presence and marketing efforts.
