The Project:
Originally conceived as a small micro-site to support a Propecia
advertising campaign, The League of Thinning Men site is a good
example of how Terabyte can take a great concept and turn it into a
fantastic experience.
Designed and built in Flash, a user arriving on the site is
invited to explore the League's club rooms, full of interesting
characters set on making the user feel welcome as one of them: bald
and proud of it!
Full of hilarious copywriting, great characters, games, guides,
a cat that poops on rollover, and a chairman with a murderous
hatred for stuffed ducks (click on the duck on the chairman's wall
;) the site went viral, eventually being nominated for a Webby
award in the humor category.
