The Problem
Hayes Knight are a leading mid-tier accounting firm based in
Auckland. Their Knowledge Shop exists to make the life of
accounting firms and their teams more enjoyable and more
profitable. They do this for accounting firms across New Zealand
with top quality services, products, training and resources.
Knowledge Shop is an on-line service with highly automated
workflow processes enabling Hayes Knight staff to process client
requests in a timely efficient manner.
The problem was their existing platform was holding back the
growth of the Knowledge Shop business with stability and
scalability issues.
The Solution
Hayes Knight engaged Terabyte to design and build a replacement
system that was more efficient, highly scalable, reliable and that
would be a modern platform enabling additional services to be added
in the future.
The Result
Knowledge Shop clients now have a highly useable and reliable
on-line system for searching for information, tracking requests and
lodging new questions. They're "happy".
Hayes Knight have a system that is supporting the business
through its efficiency and reliability allowing them to get on with
the job of providing the expert professional information service.
Little resource is required to maintain and manage the new
system.
New opportunities are now being taken by Hayes Knight in
developing new Knowledge Shop clients and services with a more
customised service experience which is resulting in the steady
growth of clients.
