The Project:
Following the Christchurch earthquakes a new government owned
insurance company 'Southern Response' was created. Southern
Response was specifically tasked with managing the claims of AMI's
Christchurch clients affected by the Christchurch earthquakes.
With AMI's purchase by IAG rapidly approaching Southern Response
urgently needed to be able to support their new operations. They
required a new website and also an intranet to support their staff
and with an impossibly short deadline they needed them
now!
Terabyte's crack team leapt into action and created a simple yet
powerful system capable of helping Southern Response's clients find
information about their claims process and also supported Southern
Response's team in managing and completing those claims.
A flexible and intelligent delivery process made the impossible
possible and the two sites were successfully delivered in record
time.
