The Project:
Robert Harris Café's recent rebrand totally changed every aspect
of the face they presented to customers - from the logo, typeface,
and colour choices right down to the sugar packets and napkins. The
brand was taken from a reasonably conservative look, heavy on food
& drink imagery, to an exciting and vibrant aesthetic,
incorporating fantastic illustration and photography choices. The
website of course needed to be taken from the old to the new, and
Terabyte was the online partner chosen to deliver it.
We were tasked with reskinning the front end of the site,
keeping intact the functionality and content from the existing back
end framework, which would continue to run the site. Bringing such
a fantastically designed brand and identity online was a joy, and
the site represents all the fun and vibrance of the offline
material.
As well as catering to the Café's customers, the site is an
important resource for franchisees. A password protected section
for café owners houses example menus and other documentation,
industry news, and other resources. There is a wealth of
information also for prospective investors, telling them everything
they need to know when considering a Robert Harris Café
