Services Rendered:

The Project:

RD1 is a supplier of products to the rural community and have 55 stores nationwide.  RD1 also support the rural community by partnering with essential service providers  and providing combined deals to the community such as power, insurance and telecommunications. Clients can set up an account with RD1  where all transactions for these services are managed.

The new website needed to promote both their products and services and also streamline their clients online accounts and processes.

Terabyte were responsible for the Design and HTML with RD1's own development team delivering the back-end functionality.

Information Architecture & Business Analysis

An important first step in ensuring a projects success is defining a structure for the content and information delivered by the site, and planning for users to intuitively access content and interact with site functionality.

Terabyte uses wireframes to identify key content elements and base structure for each template, speeding up the design process by establishing what content the user expects to see on a screen and relative priorities before the full design is completed.
