The Project:
Feltex's old website was outdated, and no longer truly reflected
their brand. Terabyte redesigned the site from the ground up on the
Umbraco CMS platform, with the ultimate goal being to maximize
viewing of carpet ranges and samples to support the purchase of
Feltex products, and offer an alternative to in-store viewing.
Splitting the site to cover both commercial and residential
ranges, users are able to browse and view the carpets on offer
quickly and easily. Large swatch imagery and clever AJAX powered
'compare & contrast' functionality make finding what you're
after very simple, and we developed a universal icon system to
assist potential buyers in making their choice.
Strong design, supported by great imagery and smart back end
programming, ensured this site met all its objectives.
