The Problem
Dragon Capital in Vietnam had the longest and most successful
track record of any investment group (dealing with the emerging
markets in Vietnam) but looked anything but the market leader
on-line.
Additionally, understanding of Vietnam and its emerging markets
was low. This made it challenging for Dragon Capital to attract new
clients and opportunities as the "sale" was two-fold. Not just
themselves but the country as well.
The Solution
As no direct transaction can take place on this website, this
project was focused on the messaging and logical presentation of
content. The story had to be bigger than just that of Dragon
Capital and its successes, as Vietnam as a country of opportunity
and investment also needed to be promoted.
Cross selling and upselling additional products and services
also form part of the solution. Dragon Capital has evolved
into a fully diversified investment institution offering a
comprehensive range of financial services that needed to be
promoted and sold to current customers and prospects.
The Result
Confidential increase in enquiry (but it is good!) and also
greater client satisfaction that critical and important fund
information has been exposed on the homepage.
