AJ Park is internationally recognised as a leading specialist
intellectual property law firm within the Australasian region.
AJ Park was undergoing a rebranding and sought to provide
their clients, prospects, alumni, and talent with a new
user-friendly "on brand" digital experience that communicated their
openness and approachability to clients.
It was critical deadlines were met as they coincided with
offline rebrand activities.
As a services company, we realised it was critical that a large
focus of the new website should be profiling the expertise of the
AJ Park team and providing all the contact options possible,
including the various social media channels.
We developed a directory within which AJ Park's talent could be
filtered and searched on specialities. On top of this, we
uncovered an issue whereby some of AJ Park's enquiries where not
going to the right people resulting in double handling and general
On closer inspection many of these enquiries were originating
from clients that had little previous exposure to Intellectual
Property matters. We felt that in these cases more could be
done to help these clients qualify their needs and route them to
the appropriate experts.
We worked with AJ Park to develop a flowchart that through a
series of simple questions directs the clients to the area of
Intellectual Property law they need to discuss.
AJ Park's instructions to us were clear; they were not looking
for a standard professional services site. They wanted a site

showcasing the individual talents of the AJ Park team whilst
enabling quick and easy contact options.
